What are we doing to stop this happening over and over again?

In this Critical Decade, will we be able to stop more of this happening?

And because all the firefighters were fighting fires two valley's away, it took till it became this before any help arrived ...

And too late to stop it becoming a major fire, burning a vast area of precious native forest and farmland and threatening the town ...
